Checked in around 8pm hotel completely booked got an okay room, once we got into the room Noticed that there was concealer on the mirror super dusty , mold in shower, went to speak with hotel manager and since hotel was negative could not be moved until the next day.. was told someone would call us no one called I eventually called downstairs to be told that there were still no rooms because they were given away to guest checking in. Had to find other accommodation and wasted our money.
